Finance > Payouts – Track Your Earnings Transparently

FINANCE

The Finance section is designed to display information about commissions and pending payouts for bookings. It shows the tour date, total booking amount, commission rate, and payout status. The Payment Status column indicates whether the payout has been made .You can also see the responsible sales person and the type of sale. If needed, you can filter the table by the fulfillment month, use the search bar, or export the data to Excel.

Fulfillment Month Filter:

Select the month for which you want to see earnings and payout info.

Payout Table Columns:

Column	Description
Voucher	Booking voucher code
Fulfillment Date	Tour execution date
Gross Amount	Total booking price
Comm. Product Rate	Commission rate for the product (%)
Comm. Extra Rate	Extra commission applied (%)
Commission Amount	Total commission in booking currency
Gross Amount Exchange	Gross total converted to payout currency
Commission Amount Exchange	Commission in payout currency
Payment Status	Whether the payment is pending or completed
Sales Person	Who sold the product
Seller Commission	If any seller commission is involved
Sales By	Who made the booking (e.g., Agency User)
Created At	Date of booking
