1. Where can I find the Income Statement section?
   Go to the left-hand menu and navigate to Reports > Income Statement.

2. What time period does the Income Statement cover?
   You can select a custom date range using the Purchase Date or Fulfillment Date filters at the top of the page.

3. What’s the difference between Total Sales and Total Income?

   • Total Sales is the full gross value of the sold products.

   • Total Income is your earned reseller commission (usually the same as Earned Commission unless adjusted).

4. Does the Income Statement include cancelled bookings?
   No, it only includes confirmed bookings. Cancelled bookings with refunds are excluded.

5. When is commission calculated?
   Commissions are only calculated and reflected after the tour has been fulfilled.

6. Can I sort or filter the table?
   Yes, you can click on any column header to sort the data (e.g., by package amount), and use filters to narrow results by product, region, or timeframe.

7. Can I export the statement?
   Yes, you can export the full statement in Excel format using the icons at the bottom-right corner of the page.

8. What does the Daily Bookings Graph show?
   It shows your sales activity by day, helping you identify high-performing dates or booking trends.

9. What is included in the “Extras Amount”?
   This includes any add-ons such as meals, upgrades, or transfer services added to the main tour package.

10. Can I use this data for financial reporting?
    Absolutely — the Income Statement helps track your revenue, analyze sales performance, and support financial planning and reporting.
