Why is the Documents panel important on Tourzone?
The "Documents" panel is essential for verifying and activating your agency. Without uploading and approving the required legal documents, your account cannot be marked as “Active”, and you won’t be able to sell tours or services on Tourzone.

What does the status "Waiting for approval" mean?
The document has been uploaded but is still under review by the Tourzone team. Please wait until the verification process is completed — you will be notified once it is reviewed.
What does the status "Required" mean?
It means that the document is mandatory and must be uploaded to proceed with the verification and activation of your account.
What does "Approved / Rejected" status mean?
Approved – The document has been successfully reviewed and accepted.
Rejected – The document has been declined, most likely due to quality issues, outdated information, or missing content. A comment may explain the reason.
Can I upload the documents later?
No. You must upload all required documents before your account can be activated or used to sell.
What happens if my documents are missing or rejected?
You will not be able to:
Obtain "Active" status,
Publish or sell tours,
Receive payouts or operate on the platform.
How long does it take to review my documents?
The review typically takes 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods, it may take slightly longer. You’ll be notified by email and via the dashboard.
How can I find out why a document was rejected?
The rejection reason may be visible in the document comment section. If not, please contact the Tourzone Support team through the Help Desk or live chat.
