 Users Panel

The Users panel enables your agency to manage team access to the Tourzone platform. You can add, edit, and assign roles to different team members.

Key functions:

  • Add new user – Add new team members with their first name, last name, email, title, and access role.

  • Role – Defines access level:

    • Admin – Full access to dashboard, settings, bookings, finance, and documents.

    • (More roles like Sales, Finance, etc., may be added soon.)

  • Actions – Edit or remove user access.

Example scenarios:

  • Assign your accountant as an Admin to handle payment settings.

  • Add your sales rep to monitor bookings and manage clients.

 We strongly recommend creating a separate user for each employee for security and activity tracking.
