1. How to Edit or Update Fulfillment Details
Panel Path: Supplier Panel > Operations > Manage
The Manage panel allows suppliers to update operational details for upcoming bookings, including pickup locations, notes, assigned guides, vehicles, and tour dates. All changes are synced in real-time with the Job List, ensuring smooth coordination across your team.
Accessing the Manage Panel
Go to: Operations > Manage
Use filters at the top to narrow results by:
Date Range
Product / Package Name
View Type
Group By options
Click the gear icon to customize visible columns like "Vehicle," "Guide Name," or "Pickup Point." Use Reset Filters to start over.
Fields Available for Editing
You can update the following fields directly in the Manage panel:
Fulfillment Date (reschedule the booking)
Pickup Point / Time
Guide Name
Vehicle
Notes (for internal or guide instructions)
Important:
Changes made one day before the tour may disrupt logistics. Please avoid editing the pickup point or time less than 24 hours before fulfillment unless absolutely necessary.
Always inform your operations team or the guest if major details (pickup, time) are changed.
Using Bulk Actions
Click Bulk Action to:
Select multiple bookings
Apply updates to fields like vehicle, guide, or notes simultaneously
This is especially useful for group tours or shared experiences.
Bulk functionality works similarly to GetYourGuide's operational interface.
Real-Time Synchronization
Any changes made in Manage:
Are immediately reflected in the Job List
Are visible to all team members logged in to the panel
Trigger email notifications to relevant users (guides, operations)
This ensures your fulfillment team is always aligned with the latest information.
2. Managing Tour Operations Efficiently
Managing tour operations requires real-time coordination and best practices to ensure guest satisfaction and service delivery. The Manage panel helps you oversee each detail related to execution.
Best Practices for Fulfillment
Filter daily by Fulfillment Date to monitor the most relevant bookings.
Group by Session or Vehicle to allocate guides and transport logically.
Confirm Check-ins at the start of each tour to track attendance.
Use Notes for last-minute alerts to guides or operational staff.
Avoid last-day edits unless necessary; changes in pickup info and vehicle must be communicated clearly.
Daily Use Case
During daily briefings:
Open Operations > Manage
Filter by the current tour date
Use bulk updates for any shared vehicle or guide assignments
Ensure all fields are double-checked (especially Notes and Pickup)
Communicate updates using internal messages or email alerts
Additional Tips
Use the Sorting Arrows in the Fulfillment Date column to organize upcoming bookings.
Hide irrelevant columns like Room Nr if not applicable to your product.
Make edits well in advance to avoid miscommunication or guest dissatisfaction.
By following these steps, suppliers can ensure that their operations run smoothly, changes are managed efficiently, and team coordination is kept seamless via real-time updates.
