1. Where can I find the Job List panel on the Tourzone supplier interface?
Go to the left-hand navigation menu and click:
 Operations > Job List

2. What is the Job List panel used for?
The Job List panel is your main operations hub. It allows you to:

  • View all upcoming bookings

  • Assign guides and vehicles

  • Monitor fulfillment and check-in statuses

  • Filter and organize bookings for smooth execution

3. How can I filter the bookings shown in the Job List?
Use the filter bar at the top:

  • Date Range – Select specific days to view bookings within that time.

  • Product / Package Name – Filter by experience.

  • View – Change how the data is displayed.

  • Group By – Group results by tour, pickup time, guide, or vehicle.

4. Can I reset all filters quickly?
Yes. Just click the Reset Filters button to return to the default view.

5. What do the column headers mean in the Job List table?
Here are a few important ones:

  • Check-in – Tick to mark a guest as arrived or fulfilled.

  • Fulfillment Date – Tour date.

  • Voucher – Unique booking ID.

  • Session – Scheduled tour time.

  • Pickup Time / Point – Guest pickup info.

  • Guide Name – Assigned guide.

  • Customer Note / Supplier Note / Guide Note – Operational instructions or communication.

6. Can I customize which columns I see?
Yes. Click the gear icon at the top right to:

  • Show/hide specific fields (e.g., Vehicle, Language)

  • Freeze columns

  • Reorder the column layout for better visibility

7. What does the Check-in column do?
It allows the operations team to manually mark a booking as checked-in or attended. This helps track guest flow during the day.

8. What does the “Status” of each job line indicate?
It shows the operational stage of the booking — like “Processing” or “Confirmed.” It helps you know what’s ready for action and what’s pending.

9. How should I use the “Group By” option?
Use it to group similar bookings — for example:

  • By Session: To prepare for time-specific departures

  • By Vehicle: To coordinate transport logistics

  • By Guide: To distribute workloads

10. What if I don’t need to see columns like “Room Nr” or “Nationality”?
No problem. Go to the column settings (gear icon) and disable any columns not relevant to your tour type.

11. How can I make Job List easier to read during busy hours?

  • Hide unnecessary columns

  • Freeze important columns like Fulfillment Date or Product Name

  • Use grouping by session or transfer

  • Mark check-ins in real-time

12. What’s the best way to prepare for the day’s operations using this panel?

  • Filter bookings for today’s date

  • Group by session or vehicle

  • Review guest notes and transfers

  • Export the list if needed and share it with the guide or transport team

13. Can I export the Job List data?
Yes. Once filtered, you can export the data for offline use or team briefings (note: export options may depend on your role or permission level).

14. What should I do if some bookings are missing from the list?

  • Check that your Date Range filter is correct

  • Make sure no unnecessary filters (like product name or grouping) are applied

  • Try clicking Reset Filters to clear everything
