FAQ – Creating a Booking from Supplier Panel
1. Where can I manually create a booking?
Go to the left-hand menu:
Bookings > Create Booking
2. When should I use manual booking?
Manual bookings are useful for:
Phone or WhatsApp sales
In-house/offline requests
Last-minute reservations
Customized offers or guest-specific needs
3. Why do I need to select the tour date first?
The selected date determines:
Available packages
Session times
Pricing and refund conditions
Format: Day – Month – Year (e.g., July 25, 2025)
4. Where can I see the refund policy?
On the right-hand side of the screen, under the calendar.
Example: “Cancel before Jul 23, 2025, 06:00 AM for a 100% refund.”
5. What do the package options (BB / HB) mean?
These define accommodation and meals:
BB (Bed & Breakfast) – Breakfast included
HB (Half Board) – Breakfast + Dinner included
The package affects pricing and included services.
6. What is the Preferred Session Time?
Some tours have multiple sessions per day. Select a time (e.g., 06:00) to schedule the guest in the correct group and assign guides accordingly.

Use the + and – buttons to choose the number of guests per age category:

If the selected package includes accommodation, you'll be prompted to choose room types.
Each option shows:
Room name (e.g., Single Room)
Number of guests allowed
Extra price (e.g., +$0.12)
9. What information is shown in the “Package Details” section?
Click to expand:
Transfers – Whether transfers are available on request
Stays – Included accommodation nights
Meals – Meals included in the selected package
10. How do I finalize the booking?
Once all fields are filled:
Click Next or Confirm
Review the summary
Submit to complete the booking
A voucher code is generated, and the booking will appear in:
Bookings > Booking List
Operations > Job List
11. Can I select more than one room?
Yes. For groups, you can select multiple rooms based on guest count and preferences.
12. Where can I see the newly created booking?
All manual bookings appear in:
Booking List (for reservation overview)
Job List (for operations/fulfillment)
13. Can I include transfers or special notes?
Yes. If the product supports transfers or requests, you can select them and communicate with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution.
14. How can I make sure the pricing is correct?
Always double-check:
Guest age categories
Selected package
Room charges
Transfer options (if any)
15. What if the guest doesn’t match the standard age categories?
If the guest’s age falls outside standard groups, contact support. You can also use internal notes if needed.
16. How can I cancel the booking?
Go to Booking List, find the voucher, and open the details page to cancel.
Always review the refund policy and cancellation deadline.
