FAQ: Booking List Panel


 1.What is the Booking List?

The Booking List is the main interface where you can view, filter, and manage all bookings for your products in one place.

 2. How do I access the Booking List?

Go to Bookings > Booking List from the left-side navigation menu.

 3. What can I do in the Booking List?

You can:

  • View all incoming bookings

  • Filter results by product, date, status, and more

  • See booking status, payment details, and session info

  • Open each voucher to see full booking details

  • Export bookings to Excel or CSV

 4. What filters are available?

At the top of the panel, you can filter by:

  • Purchase Date – when the booking was made

  • Fulfillment Date – when the service is scheduled

  • Date Range – a custom period

  • Product/Package Name – specific tour or package

Tip: Use Reset Filter to return to the full list.


 5. Can I customize the table?

Yes. Click the ⚙️ gear icon in the top-right to:

  • Show/Hide columns

  • Freeze columns so they stay visible

  • Reorder columns via drag-and-drop

6.  How do I view full booking details?

Click the voucher icon in the “Card” column to expand and view:

  • Guest info

  • Itinerary

  • Notes and custom fields

  • Voucher preview

 7. When should I use this panel?

  • To confirm if bookings are paid

  • To filter tours by guide or product

  • To manage upcoming and completed tours

  • To detect pending or canceled reservations

  • To export data for accounting

8. Any best practices?

  • Use Stage filter to manage readiness

  • Use Product Code for internal reports

  • Always double-check Fulfillment Dates to avoid overbooking
