Managing Your Resources (Vehicles, Guides, Equipment)

Panel Path: Supplier Panel > Resources

The “Resources” section helps you manage all assets involved in fulfilling tours — such as vehicles, guides, and other logistics elements.

How to Access Resources Panel:

1. Go to the left-hand menu
   
   

2. Click on Resources
   
   

3. Choose from the available sub-tabs: Guides, Vehicles, Equipments (if available)
   
   

Add or Edit a Vehicle

• Click the purple ➕ Add Vehicle button
  
  

• Fill in:
  
  

  • Vehicle Name (e.g. “Mercedes Vito”)
    
    

  • Plate Number (e.g. “34 ABC 123”)
    
    

  • Capacity (number of passengers)
    
    

• Click Save
  
  

You can edit or delete any vehicle using the update and delete  in the vehicle list.

Add or Edit a Guide

• Go to Guides tab
  
  

• Click ➕ Add Guide
  
  

• Enter:
  
  

  • Full Name
    
    

  • Contact Info (email / phone)
    
    

  • Language(s)
    
    

• Save to make them available for assignment
  
  

Best Practices:

• Keep your resource list updated to ensure smooth assignment during fulfillment
  
  

• Double-check capacity and active status of vehicles
  
  

• Make sure guides’ availability aligns with scheduled tours
  
  

All resources added here will be available in:

• Job List
  
  

• Manage panel
