How to Update Your Company Settings

Panel Path: Supplier Panel > Settings > Company Settings

The Company Settings section allows you to manage and update essential business information that appears across your profile, product pages, and communication with Tourzone clients.


Editable Fields:

  • Company Name (only minor changes allowed)

  • Brand Name

  • Address (street, city, country)

  • Contact Details (phone, email)

  • Website & Messenger Channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram)

  • Working Hours

  • Main Currency

  • Preferred Language

  • Company Logo


How to Update:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company Settings in the left menu.

  2. Click on any field you want to edit (address, phone, email, etc.).

  3. To upload a logo, click the placeholder and choose a JPG or PNG file.

  4. Select your Main Currency (EUR, USD, TRY, etc.).

  5. Choose your Preferred Language (affects interface and notifications).

  6. Update your working hours for each day by setting start and end times.

  7. Click Update to save all changes.



Important Notes:

  • Full company changes (e.g. changing tax ID or country) are not allowed via the interface.
     To make legal changes, upload updated documents under the 
    Documents section.

  • Currency changes only apply to new operations — existing products/bookings remain unaffected.

  • Use correct and professional contact details to maintain credibility.

  • Every update is reviewed by the system and may trigger a verification request.
