FAQ: Company settings management

1. Where can I update my company information?

Go to Supplier Panel > Settings > Company Settings.

2. Which fields can I edit?

You can update the following fields:

  • Company Name (minor edits only)

  • Brand Name

  • Address (street, city, country)

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Website

  • Messenger Channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)

  • Working Hours

  • Main Currency

  • Preferred Language

  • Company Logo

3. Can I change my company name completely?

No. Only minor adjustments are allowed (e.g., fixing typos).
 Full legal changes (like a new tax ID or country) require re-verification and must be done via the Documents section.

4. Can I change the tax ID or registered country?

No, these changes are not allowed directly in the panel.
 Upload your updated official documentation in the Documents section, and contact support.

5. How do I upload or update my company logo?

Click the image placeholder in the Company Settings panel, and upload a JPG or PNG file.

6. What is the difference between Company Name and Brand Name?

  • Company Name is your legal name used for verification and billing.

  • Brand Name appears on your product pages and communications.

7. What happens if I change my currency?

The new currency will apply to new products and operations only.
 Existing tours and bookings remain in the previously set currency.

8. Can I change my preferred language?

Yes. This will update your interface language and system notifications.

9. What if my working hours vary by day?

You can customize start and end times per day in the “Working Hours” section.

10. Is my data reviewed after saving?

Yes. All changes are automatically reviewed, and some updates may trigger a verification request.

11. What should I do if my updates are not saving?

Ensure all required fields are filled correctly.
 If the issue persists, contact Tourzone Support.

12. How often should I update my details?

Whenever something changes: your contact number, business hours, brand logo, etc. Keeping data accurate ensures proper communication with guests and platform trust.
