How to add the documents

The Documents panel is essential for getting your agency verified and activated on the Tourzone platform. You must upload the required legal documents to proceed with selling.

Required documents:

1. Business Certificate – Mandatory. Only high-resolution PDF or JPEG files are accepted.
   
   

2. Operating Certificate – Required for licensing your operations.
   
   

3. Tourism Operation Certificate – Required for travel agencies.
   
   

4. Tax Plate – Used for invoicing and payment purposes.
   
   

Document statuses:

• Waiting for approval – Document uploaded and pending review.
  
  

• Required – Must be uploaded to proceed.
  
  

• Approved / Rejected – Based on review by our team.
  
  

⚠️ Make sure the documents are legible, official, and valid. Without approval, your agency cannot receive an “Active” status or start selling experiences.
