1. What can I find in the Tours section?
    You can browse all tours available on the Tourzone platform, view detailed product descriptions, check prices, available dates, and see your agency’s commission.
   
   

2. How do I search for specific tours?
    Use the search bar to filter tours by destination, date, category, language, and other parameters to quickly find what you need.
   
   

3. Can I see the commission for each tour?
    Yes, each product listing displays your agency’s commission clearly alongside the net and retail prices.
   
   

4. How do I make a booking?
    Once you find a suitable tour, click on it to view details and click the “Book Now” button to proceed with the reservation.
   
   

5. Can I book for multiple guests at once?
    Yes, you can select the number of guests during the booking process.
   
   

6. Are the tour prices final?
    Yes, the prices shown include all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated in the product description.
   
   

7. Can I modify or cancel a booking later?
    Booking modifications and cancellations depend on the tour provider’s policy. You’ll find cancellation terms in the tour details.

8. What is the Wish List tab?
    The Wish List tab allows you to create and manage lists of selected excursions and experiences.
   
   

9. How do I create a wish list for a client?
    Simply select the excursions of interest and add them to the Wish List, then send a special link to your client.
   
   

10. What does the client see when they open the Wish List link?
     The client will see only the excursions you have chosen and included in the list.
    
    

11. Can the client add excursions to the Wish List?
     No, the client can only view the list created by you. Only the agent can add or remove excursions.
    
    

12. Can I share one Wish List with multiple clients?
     Yes, you can share the same link with multiple clients.
    
    

13. How do I delete a Wish List?
     Simply delete it from the Wish List tab in your account.

14. How do I manage an existing booking?

Click the Voucher button next to the reservation to access available management options.

15. Can I update guest information after booking?

Yes, use the Update Booking option to edit guest names, contact details, or other relevant information (depending on the tour provider’s rules).
